Matt Spriegel

Matt is a product of the Surrey Academy system, where he honed his all-round skills. Matt spent 4 years with Surrey, where he was used with devastating affect in limited over formats. This was seen in the 2011 CB40 final victory where he was the architect of Marcus Trescothicks demise. Matt found limited opportunities in first-class cricket, so in 2013 he swapped Surrey for Northants. Matt has since appeared in 8 First Class matches and was part of the T20 winning squad this year.
