Ben Youngs

Ben played rugby at North Walsham before joining Leicester and is the son of Nick Youngs, the Tigers' scrum half, who won six England caps in 1983-84 and is the brother to, Tom, a centre-turned-hooker, who not only won his first cap this season for England, but has also fought his way onto the plane to Australia with the Lions. Ben was the Tigers' youngest league player when he made an appearance against Bristol in April 2007. Ben's launch to International fame came when he won the Land Rover Discovery of the Season 2009/10, which guaranteed him a place on an England Summer tour down under where in his first start he scored a try that helped England record a 21-20 victory against Australia. Ben has since picked up 33 England caps, and hopes to fight his way into the starting XV for the British and Irish Lions this summer.
